Andrea was extremely helpful in all aspects of retaining my mortgage! Even though the process can be a bit overwhelming, she was always there to answer questions for me and update me on where we were at all times. She really is sweet, very friendly, and really cares about getting her clients into a mortgage that they feel comfortable with. She made the whole process so much better!!

Andrea is relentless

Andrea Witt is relentless. She was nothing short of absolutely determined to refinance our home for us. Our loan was (by her own admission) the most complicated loan she had ever managed. Andrea went WELL above and beyond to ensure that the loan closed in a timely fashion and with as little back and forth as possible. Of course, because our loan was so complicated, we did have some of that, but Andrea did her absolute best to minimize it. She was also very creative in her solutions to the problems that presented themselves. Her responsiveness was stellar. She went through a very difficuly family death during the process and was still returrning texts and calls and making things happen throughout. Andrea stopped at nothing to get this done for us. I am glad we were on her side, I certainly would not want her determination working against us! She gets what she wants. HIGHLY recommend Andrea Witt.

Andrea Witt was AWESOME! I realize we were not her only customer, but she certainly made us feel like she was only working on our loan. She was very quick to respond to all of the questions we had, and addressed the issues we identified very quickly and with ease. I DEFINITELY recommend Andrea!!!
