Our MVP, from the finance department: Andrea!!!
Our first house offer fell through, then our second, third, and fourth. We soldiered through FIVE house buying attempts before getting to closing. We were probably far from her most successful or quickest customers ever. But Andrea was a ROCK! She went the distance each time to make sure we had everything we needed on time, on target. Always the best rates, I knew because I kept my eyes wide open between houses. Ready and willing to engage with sellers and agents that needed it. Spot on with the right artifacts at the right time to keep our processes moving. It was never finance that held us up. In fact on occasion she got in the business end of things to make sure the sellers covered their share of required maintenance costs, every bit in our best interest.
