Big Al Rocks!
Allen made me feel like family from day one! He let me know what was going on each step of the process and went out of his way to answer every question I had. He even sent me a hand written note saying thanks for letting him help me. He is also genuinely excited about his job and has by and far the biggest personality of anyone I've ever worked with in real estate (or in general for that matter). I got an awesome rate and I will definitely be working with him again in the future when it's time for my next home purchase. If you want to deal with guy who will make the mortgage process easy and a heck of a lot of fun (yes, I said make the mortgage process fun), I can't recommend Big Al enough!
