Best loan officer ever!!

Allen was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and had a quick turn around for everything we needed to complete during the whole process. He went above and beyond anything I would expect from a loan officer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know purchasing a home. I would also call Allen again if I ever decide to purchase a new home or refinance my current home.

Outstanding

Allen is incredible at what does. He is very dependable, trustworthy, knows his job well, and reliable. I could reach him at all hours of the day with a question. If he didn't know the answer he quickly found the answer for me. I would highly recommend him.

First Time Home Buyer

We worked with Allen Trochowski as we were buying our first condo. He was nothing short of amazing! Extremely responsive, explained everything, and was just a great guy to work with. There were a few bumps in the road, but Allen managed to still have us close on time! Thanks again for everything Allen and Reliant Bank!

Best Guy for the Job!!

Allen was amazing!!! And I am not over exaggerating. I found out in June that I would be relocating to a different state for a promotion within my company. Initially I was going to look at renting a house, but I quickly realized that buying a home would be a better option for me. However, I was not set to move until after Thanksgiving. I talked to over 10 different lending officers. I had talked to people my realtor recommended, people my father recommended, and a few from lending tree. Everyone was really nice, but they all pretty much dismissed me after I explained I wouldn't actually be moving until the end of the year. They all said they would follow up closer to my move date, which they did, but I had no idea what I was doing. I explained to everyone I was a first time home buyer and I had no idea what price range to look to or anything about the process. I was completely clueless. Allen was the only one who took the time to talk to me and help explain everything to me. He helped me figure out what I could afford and for how much I could probably get approved for. He was always available if I had any questions. He helped me out every step of the way. The day before my closing when I received my preliminary HUD and, again, I was pretty clueless as to what I was looking at. Allen actually was in the hospital and they were doing some testing. He still called me and explained everything to me! He even called me the next day to make sure everything was good when I went in to sign all my papers. I really appreciate everything Allen has done to help me. I am sure I could have been approved for a loan somewhere else with similar rates but Allen gave me the personal experience and help I needed. You can tell he really knows what he is doing, and he likes helping people. Thank you so much, Allen!! We love our new home!
