Throughout my career I have successfully closed hundreds of purchase and refinance transactions. My success is founded on my vast knowledge of conforming, jumbo, FHA, and VA loans. I understand the details and complexities of these transactions and strive to make them as smooth and seamless as possible for my clients. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona, CA. I also have countless hours of education from the California Department of Real Estate with an emphasis in mortgage procedures and regulation. Awesome!
My husband used Alex to refinance a loan on one of our properties and he was raving about how great Alex was. When it came time to refinance my condo i called Alex and i was thoroughly impressed by his attentiveness which made me feel like i was getting A+ service. Alex always returned my emails/phone calls within the same day. I would definitely contact Alex again for another loan in the future.

Wow! Bought my home in 2004 just before the big crash and was stuck in 6.6% mortgage with a home that was upside down. Can't tell you how thankful I am to Alex and his team. I now have a great rate, and a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Working with Alex was great, call him on a Saturday and he answers or calls back within minutes. Have a question or concern, you get an answer and options in terms that are plain and easy to understand. Communications are great (I have his cell number), your loan progresses in a timely manner and you're informed every step along the way. Our experience with Alex and Pacific Beneficial lived up completely to their excellent reputation. We refinanced at an outstanding rate for a surprisingly low fee, but just as importantly, Alex handled our transaction professionally and with real integrity from start to finish. Shopping for a loan can make you feel like you're in the wild west, where anything goes. Lots of lenders use bait-and-switch tactics to reel you in; others just don’t know what they’re doing. One prominent lender told us we couldn’t refinance until we’d been in our home for a year, and if we’d listened to him, we would have missed our chance. Alex knew better and guided us through the process successfully. He nailed the timing of our rate lock, kept us in the loop as things progressed, and was always easy to reach when we had questions. This was a busy season for refinances, and he worked a lot of nights and weekends to make this happen. If we ever need another home loan, he’ll be our first call.
