Impressed

I initially was just scrolling through FB, during my lunch break, when a refinancing advertisement/article caught my attention. In the past I kept telling myself to refi in order to get rid of my PMI. Well as the ad kept going it asked for minimal information and then more specific info. I became freaked out and exited the screen. I had no idea that I would suddenly receive calls from lending companies and brokers. The first call I received was from Alex's Marketing Analyst Manager Ernie Rodriguez. Ernie was personable and professional. He asked me a few questions and transferred me to Alex. Alex advised me of the advertising process and explained that several other agencies will be contacting me. Alex was thorough and sent me a full detailed package of information. He and Ernie followed up, it was not pushy. After a couple of days I received a follow up email from Alex asking if I received the docs and if I had any questions. I explained that over the last two days I was contacted by other brokers making me promises and stating they are the best, which has caused me anxiety and confusion. Alex called me immediately and it was after hours. He explained to me the process and calmed my fears. From that day to closing Alex and Ernie kept informed and even though I never met them face to face, made me feel like they held my hand every step of the way. I would definitely recommend/refer Alex Ortiz and his very professional and capable team (specifically Ernie Rodriguez). Thank you so much!

Alex Ortiz, the greatest loan officer ever

From the very first phone call to beyond closing Alex Ortiz was knowledgeable and courteous. He informed us of all costs we would incur throughout the refinancing process, walked us through any process we didn't fully understand, and made lists for us as that is what really helped me as I worked during the day and took care of a relative post surgery at night. He gave us options and explained all of them, he made sure we stayed on task through email, text and phone calls, Alex made our refinancing so simple, I had heard horror stories, I couldn't believe how simple and fast it was. i highly recommend ALEX ORTIZ for any of your financial needs.

Complicated Made Easy

My situation was very complicated due to the way the 2008 economic crash effected me. Alex sorted out some complicated records in order to secure the documentation required for my refinance. He made a difficult situation easy for me on my end. Very professional and responsive, even with unusual circumstances.
