Great experience

This was my sixth deal with Alex every one has been a great deal. With lowered interest rate he turned a negative cash flow to a positive cash flow. I plan on using on at least one more project this spring.

Alex was recommended to us by my brother and sister-in-law a few years ago. They were raving about his good work and how much he had helped them with their re-finance on their home mortgage. At the time, we had a higher home mortgage rate and experienced financial setbacks due to the severe recession. It appeared that we would not qualify for a new loan at the lower interest rates that became available but, through Alex's creative financial expertise, we were eventually able to secure a re-finance that placed us in a much better financial position. The latest victory secured for us by Alex occurred about two months ago, when I received an unexpected call from him saying that the interest rates had once again gone down substantially lower, and he recommended we should pursue another refinance. After overcoming a few obstacles, and persistently overseeing the process, we were able to obtain a great new rate on a loan that closed last week, placing us in an even better financial situation!
