We are very satisfied and pleased with William Corcoran’s assistance during the entire loan process. He has always been very courteous and patient with us. We are very appreciative of his expertise and knowledge. He made a seemingly complicated process appear effortless from beginning to end. Also, his availability when we needed to speak with him removed so much stress for us. You are so lucky to have him as it is very obvious to us that he really enjoys his work and is very good at it. We certainly feel lucky we had him helping us.

William was very helpful and always willing to answer my questions. He ALWAYS answered when I called. If he was unable to answer, he would call me back within 20 minutes.

Mr Corcoran did an excellent job as my loan officer for Howard Bank, he was personable, responded to all my questions with accurate information, kept me informed at all times a bout where I stood in the process and always treated me in a very professional manner.
