Exceeding expectations

Hitting submit on Lending Tree invites a wave of calls from potential lenders. Tom separated himself immediately with a personable approach that clearly conveyed he was in this for my family's needs. After one conversation with him, I knew this is who I wanted working on my behalf. He was able to assess my goals and needs in a clear and concise manner and quickly presented me with options so we could discuss the pros and cons. Once we selected an approach, it was smooth sailing from there. He and his team set clear expectations for what was needed at every step. Fantastic experience!

went through the refi process with two "online" mortgage brokers. I even paid for an appraisal of my house and walked away from both brokers. Why? Despite all the fast talk about customer relationships and service, both online providers refused to answer my questions and pressured me to close despite my voice concerns. Tom Larsen approached me through Lendingtree but he acted like a real human, a decent person, from our first conversation. Base on my previous experiences, I was reluctant to start the refi process again. But I did and boy, what a difference! Tom answers emails and phone calls fast, he answers questions honestly and directly and he got refinancing for me based on my needs. He patiently explained why I should take some equity out of my house. I ended up with a mortgage at a great rate that also met other personal requirements I had. I would and will recommend him and his firm to anyone who asks me about mortgage brokers. Tom is truly gifted at developing relationships with people. I could have gotten a "better" rate somewhere else, but I could not, and did not, get the same services and relationship with other providers.

Tom kept me up to date with everything I needed for my refinancing and made it all very easy and stress-free. I closed quickly ( less than a month ) as promised. Tom is the best!

I started out the loan process as a 'I'll just call to find out more information' and ended up closing on our refinance a few weeks later. Tom was informative and straightforward from the beginning and kept me in the loop the entire process. I have taken out a home mortgage/ refinanced twice before and didn't know how painless it could actually be. I regret I didn't find Tom/ Allied earlier!
