Shawn was extremely professional at all times and exceptional in his understanding of the ins-and-outs of the loan process. He always provided me with whatever time I needed from him to answer my questions and to explain 'things' re: the loan process so that I was truly informed. There was never a time that Shawn did not make himself available to me. Shawn is very personable which made the entire loan process an extremely favorable experience. In addition Shawn's wide-breadth of knowledge and experience greatly aided in curtailing the length of the loan application process. I'd recommend Shawn Buker to anyone. He was available at anytime when we had questions on about just anything. He was thorough with directions and delivered on the terms he promised. The whole transaction took 14 days to close, and the funding took place 3 days after from the time we signed. We paid nothing for closing costs and even got a credit from the new lender to be applied towards our principal on the new loan. This is by far the easiest, fastest, and least costly refinance we have ever done. We will definitely use Shawn again.
