Shawn was the best loan officer I have ever experienced. He was more transparent than any other official I've ever dealt with before. Shawn is extremely sharp and worked with me according to my highest aptitude and understanding of the loan process. Indeed, I learned quite a few things working with Shawn. He proved forthright and forthcoming even about issues that were more to the benefit of the customer than the bank.
