Working Hard For The Money.

A few years ago I wanted to sell my home (private sale) and have a new home built. Mr. Winters was able to not only set-up financing for the new construction, but worked with the buyer of my old home to set-up his financing. The sale and purchase went very smooth for both the buyer and me. Timing was excellant. We closed on my loan first. Upon completion of my new home, we closed on the sale of my old home and was able to move within one week. Thank you, Mr. Winters for such as fine job.

Quickest response

Since the first approach we had with Richard to get pre approved, the clarity of requirements was excellent and his response almost immediate for every question we had. He takes the time to explain in a very courteous way concepts used during a house purchase or loan approval process.

Always a smile and a hearty handshake, that's Richard Winters. I have purchased two homes with Rich and if I need another home, I will be back. He is very detail oriented, explains everything to me so that I understand all the terms and goes out of his way to make a person feel very comfortable around him.
