DIDN'T SEEM TO MATTER IF IT WAS 6AM OR 10 PM WEEKDAYS WEEKENDS ETC Richard answers the phone responds to emails he is on top of it. GIVE HIM THE INFO HE NEEDS HE TAKES CARE OF THE REST. OVER ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
