Excellent refinancing experience!

I worked with Stu Gersh on my loan. He was the first person I talked to after submitting to lendingtree Stu's style is refreshing when it comes to the mortgage financing business. He's super knowledgable, has a ton of experience and takes an educational approach to the process. When ever I emailed him a question, he would immediately call me, and walk me through the rules, the logic, and the numbers to make sure I understood why I was seeing what I was seeing, why I was hearing what I was hearing, and what my alternatives were. He also encouraged me early on to explore other mortgage companies. I ended up coming back to Stu because he spoke in plain English, tried to understand exactly what I was looking for, and worked with me to get me there.... I took the time to build trust. His only goal wasn't to just get me to put a deposit down to lock in my loan in. I started talking to him on 12/14/2014 and I didn't put my deposit down until late January... Stu was responsive and worked with me through out the process.
