What an experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Americash. No other lenders that I previously spoke with wanted my challenging refinance. It wasn't until I answered a cold call from Americash that there was any glimpse of hope for us. We where treated with the upmost care. Thank you Stu and Tracy.

Mortgage Application

The process was long but Rich hung in there and got it done for us. I would recommend that the process be outlined in advance so that the applicant will have some idea what he is getting into. We were lucky that Rich was working with us. He proved to be very knowledgeable about the process and the various avenues that were available to us to get us approved. Would have to say he is the best person I have ever worked with when it comes to getting financing.

He took time to understand my issues and my desires and put together a plan that fit me personally. He went above and beyond helping me to get not only what I needed but what I wanted! He excelled with all the major challenges that I faced. He is very patient and willing to work hard and long hours to get things done right.
