Excellent
Richard was very professional and knowledgable. He completed the process within 2.5 weeks. Heck, it took longer to find the house we wanted. My husband wanted to wait until spring of 2014 because the last time we look was in 2012 and the lender we used then, was slow. My husband decided to quit looking after slow follow up by the lender. Not the case with Royal!!!
