All parties were extremely helpful with any and all questions pertaining to documentation required and the step by step process of how to obtain the loan. We felt that the best loan was found for our situation. We did also receive quick responses and felt the videos that were emailed regarding the steps in the process were very informative.

Extra Mile
This is was a great experience from the first call with Ramzi to the day I closed on my refinance. Ramzi and his team are extremly helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to go the extra mile to explain the entire process and more. I think I closed in less than 3 weeks. This is unheard of. As long as you have all the paper work and documents they ask for ontime, they process it right away and let you know if more information is needed.
