Ramzi was an excelent loan officer when we purchased our house in 2011. It was a very difficult purchase since it was bank owned, back taxes, and we had good credit but little credit history. Ramzi stuck through it and got us a great deal. Then a year later he contacted us about a refi that would lower our monthly dues. we ended up not refinancing because it was not right for us at the time but it shows to me him going above and beyond the excelent service he had already provided. I would highly recomend Ramzi and his team.
