I feel like Matt's customer service was unbelievable. He kept me informed, was personable and calmed me down when I had concerns. I felt like he was working 24/7 because he answered my messages very quickly. He was able to do A LOT more than my current mortgage holder. He got us a great interest rate, was able to consolidate two other debts without going over what we pay monthly on all three. I can't be more pleased with the way my husband and I were treated. Matt got this done quicker than I expected and took a load off our mind when we were trying to send two sons off to college. Great job Matt!!!! I already recommended you to a friend. Above and Beyond
Matt Matheny at Royal United Mortgage was absolutely wonderful. Being self-employed, my mortgage was not the easiest. Matt spent alot of time and effort trying to get me refinanced. Although my re-fi wasn't approved, it certainly wasnt for lack of effort on Matt's part. I cannot thank him enough. Matt Matheny/refinance
My husband and I clicked on Lending Tree for information on refinace. I received a call from Matt, who was very pleasant and informative. Our home was in need of updates and repairs. With fixed income, we did not think we would qualify for refinace. Matt's positive attitude and knowledge put us at ease and we closed quickly at a location near our home.
