Miracle worker

I looked for two years for some help on a refi. Mr Matheny got me signed in 10 day. The process started over a holiday weekend, and he worked all weekend. He was so easily assessable and kept me totally in the loop. It was so smooth and easy. He really went above and beyond to help.

Matt was fantastic and took time to thoroughly explain how everything was going to take place and the best route for me to go. I really liked the fact that I didn't have to chase him down to talk to him. He always answered his phone or returned my calls right away. He seems very dedicated to helping people and to make sure they make the right decisions with their home loan. It was very refreshing to work with a company that truly cares. Matt Matheny was so informative and always accessible for any questions I had and even worked from home and after hours. He made the entire process seem effortless and took no time at all. I felt very comfortable and at ease with every conversation and was never subjected to pressure sales or put under the gun to make a decision. I refinanced my home and am very happy with the results.
