Very personable representative. Matt always took time to explain what was going on the me--even if he had to explain more than one time. I knew what was expected and what I was agreeing to before we actually went over the documents. He never acted as if he was in a rush--no matter how much time we spent. I never felt to pressured to agree without a thorough explanation. Looking at the final documents, I can say I knew where we were headed and the documents are what I expected

Great Job- Painless, Modern, Quick

Matt at United was extremely proactive, responsive, communicative and a nice guy- straight-shooter! It was a 2 week process on a relatively small re-fi and they sent a title company rep to my home to sign on the "dotted line". If you have your documents, and can scan and create a PDF to email to them, it's painless. I'm sure you can overnight the required paperwork if you're not into the electronic option. Wow! I'd never heard of Royal United Mortgage prior to this re-fi but I'd give them a solid "A" for the experience!
