Maricia was outstanding. I rarely leave comments about my experience with companies but I thought it was needed in this situation. Maricia spent a great deal of time with me and my wife helping to refinance our home. She diligently ran multiple interest rates, varying 10yr, 15yr, 30yr terms and walked us through the closing costs. Maricia Quesada was extremely helpful and really pushed to get my loan as quickly as possible as I had some debt and she knew the urgency in having that taken care of. Painless Closing!

I was thinking about doing a re-fi and consolidating my HELOC into a 15 from a 30. I did a lending tree inquire and I had several responses but I wasn't comfortable with giving information over the phone. I received an e-mail from Maricia stating that I could look at Royal United's rating and information and if I felt comfortable give her a call. Well I am glad I did! After about a month of gathering the much needed and federally required paperwork I closed today with a 3.11 APR 15 year fixed. Maricia was a pleasure to deal with and was very sincere about meeting my goals. One of the best things about Royal United is everyone came to me, my appraiser, and the notary.
