My years in the industry have helped me gain the experience and knowledge to handle even the most complex loan situations. Leon is the MAN!
Leon contacted me just as I was narrowing my refi down between two firms, and I decided to spend a few minutes with him because (unlike many, many other loan officers) he seemed approachable, knowledgeable and not obnoxiously pushy. I shared what he was competing against and he put together an offer that turned my head. We agreed to give it a try and given the lower-than-expected valuation on my house, it was a real nail biter - but it went through, and Leon patiently guided me through the process, even overseeing some last minute chaos with the notary on the day I signed papers. My feeling is that Leon is a real pro and I hope to continue refinancing my mortgage with him in years to come.

Leon Liss went above and beyond in getting our mortgage approved. Even before we started the process, he quickly responded to any questions that we had. Due to the unique circumstances surrounding our mortgage, other lenders would have probably given up but not Leon and Andre Mammino. They fought to ensure our approval and we were able to close in what Leon had promised, around 45 days. My realtor was also impressed with Leon’s quick response and attention to detail.
