First let me say that I rated the rate and fees & closing costs as good because we all want something for nothing. If I could get a 2% rate with no closing costs that would be excellent! But Lee Kulick was nothing short of one of the most professional people to deal with. He was always available, he always responded in a very timely manner even if it was to let me know that he would look into a matter. I would absolutely refer Lee and Angelica to anyone looking for a new loan or to refinance.
