Laurie was fantastic to work with. I am an extremely busy person with some unusual hours, but she was flexible and able to handle the process mostly via email and even by personal phone on the few times I had some last minute questions. She was very accommodating and I could tell she was genuinely motivated to get the deal to closing as quickly as possible. Highly recommended!

After a divorce 2 years ago and a LOT off hassle LAURIE TATICH got the job done quick, efficiently, and professionally. I don't have a single complaint about my experience. I had tried to refinance previously but for some reason other lenders had difficulty with my divorce situation (wording in the divorce decree, no quitclaim deed originally filed). At first I was overwhelmed with the response that I got with all the different calls and emails after submitting my information to Lending Tree, I was even a little skeptical. I am so glad and grateful that I was able to work with Laurie. I got a great final price, everything was explained to me thoroughly, and the best part is that it was done FAST! I would say the whole process only took about a month and we were closing... what seemed to be impossible turned out to be a great experience. I know that Laurie had my best interested in mind and I felt that I truly had a friend along the way. I will use her again without hesitation in the future if I ever purchase a new house or refinance. I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed!! I could never say thank you enough to Laurie for helping me with this!!!

Wow, where do I start? Laurie was amazing from the time I answered the phone and even NOW! I have been through a lot but most of the time done the right thing. My credit was questionable. My daddy had just passed and I was blessed with Laurie's call after my mother put my name and number online for the whole world to see. I picked up the phone to say please stop calling me! But, on the other end of the phone God gave me someone who understood what I was going through! I explained and she immediately understood. From there on, she was an angel. Patient, never pushy, and available ANY time, by cell, phone, e-mail and any other way possible again anytime day or night. So, at the end of this experience with Laurie, I will say Pick Her!
