Larry Hon was great to work with he always returned my calls or emailed me the information I needed. He has a lot of patience I would call him mostly everyday for the status on my refinace or information that I needed and he was always courteous and professional. Also really smart the estimate numbers he gave me for my new mortgage payment and closing cost where almost on the mark only difference was a few dollars. I am working with Larry Mortgage Specialist # 1741** who was referred to me by a finance manager (who I trust) at my work that refinanced her loan with him twice. From the beginning of the process he has been nothing but honest to me. He has responded to my emails and calls immediately every time. He even called me back after normal working hours when he was at home already when I wasn't expecting a call back until the next day. Today is Wednesday and I'm signing paperwork tonight .. So far my experience has been a pleasant one and easy breezy. He is helping me lower my interest rate and I'm skipping two months mortgage on an FHA loan. It has been smooth sailing.
