Kara Elizabeth Whitman is the commensurate professional. World class customer service
Kara did a super job on our refinance. I threw a load of special circumstance questions at her and she appropriately triaged, responded, and supported our application, in all the ways you'd hope to get superior customer service from any retail establishment. Particularly when our appraisal came in low (and I mean VERY low) compared to Zillow and other obvious comparisons, she kept her calm, responded to questions as they came up (measured in minutes and hours, not days or weeks), and ultimately helped us close in the same month we applied. Kara exceeded my expectations. That's world-class customer service.

Great broker, fast close and great rates
This is the second time that I have used Wyndham Capitol for a home loan. The first time I was extremely leery about using a mortgage broker that was out of state and subsequently having to do the loan process via phone and internet. The process was quick and easy with a user friendly secure loan portal for uploading and downloading documents. The rates were very competitive if not the best that I was able to find and working with Kara Whitman and the crew was a pleasure. When you refinance or finance through Kara you get a top notch crew to go with her to help process the loan, answer questions and work hard on your behalf. You sign the closing documents at the time and place of you convenience (my home after work) using a mobile notary. Both loans took less than a month to close. Wyndham and Kara will be the first I call when shopping for another future loan. Good job guys!
