Joe has once again taken care of my family, lowering our mortgage rate and saving us some money on our mortgage. Joe knows the ins and outs of the system and is very capable of getting things through the process. He is also great at figuring out the problems that usually show up in the process, and very calmly finds the right solutions to get things back on track.
