multi propty, multi state refier

We have refinanced 3 houses approx. 9 times in the past 6 years and came back to John repeatedly. We would aggressively shop for rates and found John typically able to provide lowest rates often by quite a margin. We would look at up front fees and calculate payback period on a refinancing and John was able to get us within an 11-16 month time period most times vs. other lenders would have been 18-31 months. Because his service before and after closing has always been good and very reliable -even 18 months later when our accountant requested additional paperwork - going back to John has become a no brainer for us. In one instance, he said he could not provide the best terms on a Home Equity Line of Credit but pointed us to a lender that had much better rates than I had found on my own. We trust him, we like him, we have had great success with him on multiple occasions and we don't hesitate to think we would use him again and recommend him to others.
