Very Thorough

Overall great experience. Had some ups and downs. Most of if not all due to our present mortgage company and very strict rules. My present mortgage company cost me some money for sure. Overall very pleased and I like the fact that you work with one person from beginning to the closing. Jill was always available, even when on vacation. If I can make a recommendation to anyone considering a mortgage or refinance is be patient. The loan officers airtight assume you understand and in my case I didn't always. Jill always took the time ti make sure I understood. If you are a person whom has access to important personal documents and personal financial forms it will help a lot.
