Very Responsive
Jeremy from Royal United Mortgage had called within seconds of my refinancing request. He first wanted to make sure the refinance made sense for my situation and goals. Once that was understood he presented a number of options, followed-up often throughout the process and made sure I had a clear understanding of the process, paperwork and what happens next. He made himself readily available no matter the time of day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a lender.

Matlock Loan
Jeremy Cooley was an excellent lown officer. He answered e-mails and phone calls prompty and knew his product. There were a couple of hiccups in the closing but overall not an unpleasant process. Coming from a retired mortgage banker manager, this is high praise.

Jeremy Cooley from Royal United Mortgage went above and beyond my expectations in helping me to refinance my first mortgage, which was a t 7% and had a nasty balloon note at the end. Now I have a 3.5% apr and no balloon and will pay off in 20 instead of 30 years. Jeremy did an excellent job, I'm sure mine was not the easiest refi by a long shot, but even after changing things around a FEW times, he got it done. Very satisfied customer, thanx Jeremy.
