Short Sale Closed

We're first time home buyer, we just closed on a short sale with a tight closing date, and used a US government backed loan. Given the choice between Reliant and another bank that had lower origination fees, I chose Reliant because Jeff Shin demonstrated urgency and they were fast at getting documents to / from me using internet technology - which I believe enabled us to meet the closing date without having to request an extension. Jeff always responded to my e-mails and calls quickly and explained things I didn’t understand.
