Excellent experience

Jason and his team were always there for me, from my first inquiry about a loan and until the loan was successfully funded. As a self-employed person, I really appreciate all the help, patience and willing to go an extra mile, answering my questions on weekends and late at night. At all times I was kept up to date about what's going on with my loan, all communications were very timely and all (tons!) of complicated requirements were made really easy to understand by Jason and his associates.

Above and Beyond

I have closed a loan with Jason last year, I was extremely satisfied with the process. He was able to beat the rates from the other two loan companies and was able to close on time. This was the beginning of a good business relationship with him. I was super impressed with him again this year. He was always on top of things and responded to my inquiries in record time. Even though I ended up going with a slightly better rate he was extremely professional and offered help in case the other lender doesnt follow through. He even went above and beyond and forwarded (without me requesting it) the fee details he got from escrow company so I can share them with my new loan officer (his competitor) in order for me to expedite closing. That to me is a trait of a great loan officer who truly cares about you.
