Refinance
I did my refinance with Pacific Beneficial and worked directly with Jason. I had a really bad experience with another lender prior to working with PB so I was very guarded and careful as to who I ended up choosing. I also did research on a lot of lenders before choosing PB and BOY WAS I GLAD I DID! Jason Bean was incredibly responsive, helpful, friendly, and gave me amazing rates. Jason and his entire team was extremely thorough and very detailed. I am the type that will ask a million questions and Jason answered each and every one of them in a timely manner. Jason made the process pretty painless and we were on schedule with closing. Everyone he works with (appraiser, notary, assistants) were all super professional and extremely informative not to mention very nice. I couldn't have asked for a better lender to help me out after having such a horrible experience with another company. I guess they say things happen for a reason.
