If you ask me, Jared Vail and Royal United Mortgage are the best hands down when dealing with refinancing mortgages. The people are pleasant. very informative and eager to make the process as easy as possible for you. The whole refinancing procedure, from first phone call to signing the mortgage papers, took less than two weeks!! I am very fortunate that i had the opportunity to work with Jared Vail and his refinancing team....A++.

My experience with Jared Vail was great. He made the whole process very easy and very quick. I have dealt with other lenders and never had the experience of the quickness of completely a transaction this fast. I also want to say a big thank you to his processor, Teresa Lindsey for her promptness in making this journey very easy and painless. They seem to all work together and understand what their issues were and how they were to be handled. I was very proud to have my closing transaction completed in such a short time frame with no errors at the closing table.
