Great Experience

I'm happy to share our experience with you! When we submitted for a refinance through Lending Tree, we literally received dozens of calls with loan advisors saying they could help us refinance our rental home. Refinancing the home was allowing us to recoup about $1000/monthly since our mortgage was more than what we were bringing in monthly from our rent. And just another note, due to my wife's change in workplace, we had to move and rent out our home. We could not sell it because our loan was "under water". Four of the first people that we spoke with looked at our initial finances flat out said they could not help us. I am a small business owner, and even though we are financially sound and doing well, having to add the business into the fold complicated our situation. Luckily, we received a call from Jared Shore at Royal United Mortgage who said he would be able to make the refinance happen. He actually worked on getting this refinance done over the course of 3 - 4 months through persistence and diligently showing the underwriters our unique situation. I'm sure none of the other loan advisors wanted to touch this refinance because it was not an easy refinance and they would have to actually work.
