Not only did he get us the lowest rate available at the time, he was there every step of the way, even when we ran into bumps in the road. I have bought plenty of homes in the past, and dealt with many brokers, but George by far has been the best broker I have ever dealt with. Always quick to respond to any phone calls or texts day night or weekends. He got us the best rate we could have ever hoped for. He works magic. Amazing
George Pantelaras came through just in the knick of time for me! I was building a pre-construction home and was persuaded to use the builders mortgage company. Building your first home and being a first time home buyer at the same time can be pretty intimidating an overwhelming to say the least! I was leaning on this builders loan officer to lead me in the right direction, however the ball was dropped many times on their end. Needless to say, I found George Pantelaras through a referral source and he was highly recommended! And now I can see why! He held my hand throughout the whole process, and had my back all the way to closing. He turned it around for me just in time to close and even helped me negotiate with the builder at times. He's awesome at what he does, and goes above and beyond for his clients! I highly recommend George Pantelaras to anyone in need of a caring, dependent loan officer!
