Super Great Professionalism

The professionalism was superb. It was a lot of work, but loan officer always found time to assist in assistance and questions. it is very important to always have an officer be knowledgeable and understanding at the same time.

Frank was great, very patient when explaining things, even when I asked the same question multiple ways/times. He was also very honest and up front about costs and rates, so we didn't feel like there was anything hiding up his sleeve.

Great Support and Skill

I've struggled for years to refinance to a better rate despite not being underwater on my loan and having a good credit. This time it finally happened. He wouldn't give up despite many bumps in the road that others walked away from. My mortgage payment is now about half of what it was. The tenacity and patience shown to me will never be forgotten.
