Great Service

David was great to work with when I was seeking to refinance my first mortgage. First of all, he gave me his best rate right off the bat when I asked what the rate would be. When other companies I spoke with and had gotten rates found out I was going with him, they offered to come back with a more competitive rate. Too late, should have given me your best rate to start with. As they say, pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. David was very responsive throughout the process, even when I got very upset at having to submit 3 years tax returns for an LLC that I had a minor investment which represented less than 1% of my income, David talked me off the ledge and explained how it was a FannieMae requirement and not something his mortgage company could control or get around. All in all, very good experience and would do it again.
