Excellent rate, costs, and service
Dave helped me to get a great loan (30 year fixed VA) and was very helpful throughout the entire process. If I had any questions, he got back to me almost immediately and was very on top of everything. The closing costs were very low, with no origination charges. Also, when rates dropped several months later, Dave contacted me asking if I would like to refinance. I didn't have to put any more cash up to refinance, ended up saving about $80 a month, with the same loan ending on about the same date.
