I would just like to say working with Daniel has been a pleasure. The process was very easy after finding stonegate on line Daniel gave me call and with in a few days had all of the forms done. Daniel kelp me informed all the way through the process he was able to get me the type of mortgage I wanted where as the other mortgage company I was with said that they could not do it. Thanks Daniel and the next time I need help I will know who to call.

Very Professional

I needed to look into a refinance program, but was dreading the headache that I knew would come with this process. After submitting an app on line Daniel called within 5 minutes. He was very professional and helpful. We started our loan process immediately within one day we had already sent everything to the underwriter and closed our loan in a month. I was not very happy with the actual Loan Processor she kept losing docs and asking for the same information over and over again, but Dan stepped in and helped get all the information to her and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. His willingness to step in is what made this experience a 5 star for us. Thank you so much Dan we really appreciated you going above and beyond.

Amazingly Smooth Loan Process

Being that I am 63 yrs old and have dealt with at least 8 mortgages in my lifetime I feel somewhat experienced in the process, and that process is wait, wait, wait and lots of aggravation. After finding Stonegate and Daniel Orem my opinion has changed some what. First of all I have never been assigned a Personal Mortgage Adviser and let me tell you that is great. Daniel kept me informed, updated and "in the loop" throughout the process and believe me knowing whats going on is comforting. If he asked for something I sent it to him, if I asked for something he sent it to me and our communication was constant. Now here is the best part I think. How long does it usually take to complete a mortgage transaction? On average I would say 45-60 days and that is what I was expecting. Well I did a consolidation and refinance and we are closing on the 18th day. This is unheard of and I attribute that to Daniels great communicating and hard work.
