Hello! My name is Dan Orem and I'm a licensed Mortgage Advisor in 14 different states (AZ, CA, FL, GA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA) with Stonegate Direct Mortgage. I specialize in almost any type of loan program you could imagine: Conventional, FHA, VA, HARP. Anything to do with a refinance or purchase, I am your guy! Most loan officers these days will not be 100% straight forward and honest with you causing a more lengthy and stressful loan process. With me, that is not the case. Amazingly Smooth Loan Process
Being that I am 63 yrs old and have dealt with at least 8 mortgages in my lifetime I feel somewhat experienced in the process, and that process is wait, wait, wait and lots of aggravation. After finding Stonegate and Daniel Orem my opinion has changed some what. First of all I have never been assigned a Personal Mortgage Adviser and let me tell you that is great. Daniel kept me informed, updated and "in the loop" throughout the process and believe me knowing whats going on is comforting. If he asked for something I sent it to him, if I asked for something he sent it to me and our communication was constant. Now here is the best part I think. How long does it usually take to complete a mortgage transaction? On average I would say 45-60 days and that is what I was expecting. Well I did a consolidation and refinance and we are closing on the 18th day. This is unheard of and I attribute that to Daniels great communicating and hard work.
