Excellent experience with Daniel R. Kapalin
We moved from VA to So Florida about a year ago and finally found a house to purchase. I found Daniel R. Kapalin and Van Dyk Mortgage through Lending Tree and could not have been more satisfied with the service. Being from out of state, Dan took the time to inform me on the differences between Florida real estate requirements and Virginia. Whenever i had a question, Dan was always available. The rates were very competitive and he worked with me to lower the rate as the market changed. He provided timely feedback and advice throughout the process and my loan was closed as scheduled. I have purchased many homes in the past and Dan made the process flow smoothly and without any problems or mountains of paperwork. I highly recommend Daniel R.
