Had great experience with my refinancing. Very through, patience and answer to phone anytime when I called. Follow up after loan were closed and explain the process from the beginning and very clear of what to expect.

Christmas Miracle

I have had limited experience in the loan/lending world. I have had the opportunity to experience the customer service and responsiveness of three different Loan Officers from three different companies. Of those three, Craig, with Westar Mortgage, I will remember with great admiration the rest of my life! Craig, without a doubt, made my families move and purchase of our new home a success. We had a tight schedule and close closing dates for the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. Craig stayed on top of his game. He answered my phone calls, called me back promptly, replied to every email. When he was missing information from me he let me know immediately. Because of his good communication skills, knowledge of his trade, and reassurance over my questions, I was able to fully trust Craig. Everything from start to finish, he guided me, encouraged me, and was able to teach me some things that I was able to do that made this entire loan go very smoothly. I will trust Craig with any future loans that we may need and direct family and friends in need to him. It was truly a pleasure and better than I had ever imagined.
