I was skeptical about choosing a lender who wasn't local but Collin and Pulaski made me a believer! Collin was amazingly available and answered every question we had as first time buyers, no matter how repetitive or simple it seemed. He would go over it again and again until we got it! He worked tirelessly to help us meet any deadline we had and called to check in as we led up to closing. I appreciated having him on our side as we worked toward the common goal. He is friendly, has a way of putting you at ease, and really works to get to know you personally. All of this helps build a relationship and positive rapport, despite the distance.

Simple and easy process

Other than having to email a few time before starting to find out the fees and costs the rest was and simple and easy process! The closing was at my home. How easy is that... Highly recommended. Collin will work late so you can deal with the process after you have worked your day at the office.

Best loan experience EVER!

I was ready to go with another lender. I was waiting to receive the paperwork from the lender that I had chosen when Collin called me. I told him the details of the loan offer from the lender that I had chosen and he said that he could beat it. He gave me 3 options and explained each in detail. I talked each one over with my wife. Collin contacted me the next day and I told him which option that my wife and I decided on. I told him that I'd like to get a little cash back if I could, but my primary goal was reducing the term (I owed 18 years) and the rate. Collin worked out a 15 year refinance (shaved off 3 years from my loan) at a rate that was so low that my monthly payment was almost the same as my current payment (including escrow). Everything that he promised up front was delivered at closing. We closed 4 weeks after starting the process. The fastest refi ever! My previous refi took almost 4 months to close! Collin called or emailed me at least once per week to update me on the process and ask if I had any questions. He's very honest, very personable, and bent over backwards to get my wife and I what we wanted. Can't say enough good things about the experience or about Collin. Will definitely recommend him and Pulaski Bank to my friends and family.
