Saved the day

Collin stepped in and took over my refinance after I was informed my original loan officer, Brian, was no longer with the bank. Before Collin I was growing irritated with the refinance process but once Collin took over it was a night and day difference. He clearly explained every single question I had and went so far as to touch on things I hand't even thought about. I truly wish I could have started this process with Collin but I am glad I was able to end with him. I can't say enough good things about the guy and filling out this review wouldn't do what I experienced justice. Do yourself a favor, pick up the phone and call the guy yourself.

Collin was a great support

When we decided to purchase a home this year (first time buyers!) I had no clue what I was doing. I went to LT to look for qualified banks and tried finding the highest reviewed people. I reached out to Collin via email, and right away was impressed with his professional yet personal service and that he was always happy to answer all of my questions. Didn't just match quote, beat them!

Collin with Pulaski hooked me initially by easily beating 5 other competing firms for my business on both rate and closing costs. He was also the only one of the 5 eager to compete with what the other banks were trying to offer to keep me with them by beating their quotes instead of simply matching them. Lastly, he helped find me an even better plan than what I had initially been looking for that allowed me to actually save money monthly through interest in my bank account as opposed to spending it on my down payment. It was always a pleasure talking to Collin and his team at Pulaski as I could tell they really worked hard to bring me in as a client... when at the same time I had competing banks visibly and audibly frustrated with the fact that I would speak to anyone else, especially someone who was beating their quotes at every turn. Collin was always accessible and would gladly spend as much time as I needed to explain the different things hear and there. I will gladly be seeking out Pulaski Bank and Collin in the future for any home lending needs.
