Royal United Mortage is the best!
I want to sing the praises of Royal United Mortgage and my agent, Chris Snyder. Chris did for me in just two weeks what my original mortgage provider could not do in five months, get me refinanced at a great rate! My original mortgage provider solicited me for a better rate on my existing mortage. I said yes of course! After that is was a nightmare. My calls were not returned, I was kept on a string for five months, and with a FICO score of 820, I was still turned down. A friend suggested Lending Tree. I was still on line completing the application when the phone rang. It was Chris Snyder from Royal United Mortgage. Altlhough his response was agressive, he was in no way pushy or heavy handed. It was like working with an old friend. He got me a great rate and saved me almost $200.00 per month on my mortage payment. The entire process took just two weeks! Excellent Customer Service
We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from Chris Snyder at Royal United Mortgage. It was such a great relief to know that he took the time to be in contact with us all the way through the process. He answered all our questions either through E-Mail or phone. He never left us hanging. He explained everything that was going to happen throughout the process and always had our best interest in mind.
