Chris Ross @ Home Plus is a rockstar!!!

After a bad experience with another company that reached out to me on Lending Tree, I connected back with Chris Ross at Home Plus who had reached out to me as well. What a great thing. From start to finish Chris was extremely diligent, helpful, clear on what was needed, along with every other quality one wants in order to make the refinance process as easy as possible. When lenders were being sticklers on certain things, he helped guide me through what was needed in order to ensure that there was no stress but more so that my refinance went through with flying colors. I've now closed, have a very low interest rate, was able to get some cash out money, and am done! I will definitely go back to Chris upon my next loan/lending need.
