Smooth Transaction

When I inquired about a mortgage, Chad contacted me immediately. He listened carefully to understand my needs. He then set me up with the portal to start the process. Even though there was a three hour time difference between us, and it was late where Chad was located, he told me I could call him if I had questions. After that, Chad kept me advised and guided me every step of the way. He was proactive in keeping me updated by phone and email and he quickly responded every time I had a question. When my application went to the Underwriter it was complete with only one small piece of information that I had to follow up with. He arranged for the closing to be held at my office and he sent me a copy of the final paperwork the night before so I was familiar with the terms. Working with Chad was like working with an old friend. He cares about his clients and is extraordinary with the service he provides. This transaction could not have gone better.

Always available and easy to work with

I worked with Chad Weinkoff at WestStar Mortgage on two separate occasions. The first was when I first purchased my condo and the second time was when Chad called me when the rates were low enough that would make sense for me to refinance the loan. He was always available to answer my questions and seems like he was never away from the office. He and his team (Ana Leston was one of the team members I worked with) worked very hard to get me the first loan I got in a very short amount of time and even though we had many hurdles, he managed to get things done and ready for my closing. The last experience I had with him was nothing short of exceptional. It was what I call a perfect timing to cold call me and let me know of the low rates and the advantages of refinancing. It was a breeze as he took care of all the details and made sure I am aware of any potential issues. Overall I would have to say he is a great person to work with and I thank him for his work ethics, responsiveness and hard work.
