Very Informative

Ben Duke was very informative throughout the whole process. I liked the way he went over everything on the computer were I could see what he was referring to. He was very good about finding out my needs and working towards that goal. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had in refinancing my home. I know that I can call on Ben for any questions I might have. I had other choices to go with and I am so thankful that I went with Royal United Mortgage because of Ben Duke.

I have just refinanced my home for the 2nd time with Ben Duke. I consolidated debt and took some cash out. When I started thinking about this again I picked up the phone and dialed Royal United Mortgage to ask for Ben Duke. Ben was exactly as he was the first time around with my mortgage; professional, gives you several options, works very quickly, makes the process much easier for you to continue to follow your own daily routine, takes care of all necessary forms, applications, and appointments for closing by email. I called him and emailed him many times and he never failed to respond quickly. He is an awesome loan officer and quite an asset to his company. I highly recommend Ben Duke if you are looking for a new mortgage or refinancing your home and someone dependable who always moves his schedule to fit with yours.

The perfect agent!

I had waited until recently to do a refinance because my last experience with a local mortgage company was horrible. They pushed and pushed, tried to get me to do things I did not want to do, and basically turned me off of the whole process. If I had contacted Royal United Mortgage I would have saved thousands of dollars over the past couple of years. The person I worked with, Ben Duke, was what every agent should be like. When I had a question, Ben would reply within minutes, even after 7pm. He had all the information I needed. He asked me questions about what I wanted to do. He gave me multiple options to choose from and completely explained the differences between the options. He never once pushed any option, he gave the options and all the information needed so I could choose. Again, I wish I had went with this company years ago! I would be able to go on a nice vacation with the savings I could have realized. I highly recommend RUM to anyone trying to refinance their mortgage.
