Above and Beyond

Jason Larkins was my loan office when I obtained a mortgage from NASB. He was consistent in his follow up. He behaved as more of a partner than a loan officer during the process. There was never an unecessary wait for information, responses, notifications, etc. He would routinely respond after hours, even though I might send an email at an odd hour and not expect a response right away. We experienced delay in dealing with our appraiser, but NASB and Jason in particular really hustled so we could still close at a reasonable pace.
